Accepting the inversely proportional relationship between the rising temperature and my use of lesser pieces of clothing is as inevitable as me going to our fridge to sneak in a few pieces of the graham marshmallow balls the siblings and I made the other day. I know I’ve always said balance is the key, but then again, that is why exemptions exist! The floral prints and the floral crowns somehow offsets the sexiness brought by the short shorts and the cut out design of the top, but then again, maybe that’s just me making up lame excuses! LOL.

So anyway, today was pretty uneventful. After an exchange of words between our C.I. and group leader slash fellow floral lover Ana Grace (Hi teh! Special mention!) our supposed to be last day of ‘wake-up-at-3AM-for-your-6AM-duty’ at SLMC-INS turned into a ‘mini-case-presentation-about-stroke-at-10AM’ instead. I would have been grateful for the shift in schedule (more time to sleep for me! Yay!) but for some reason I wanted to spend it doing our rounds over at the Nuerosciences ward. We did go to the hospital to give our small token of appreciation (food, what else!) to the staff for showing us great patience and teaching us some awesome ninj- I mean, nursing skills. I got a bit sad though because my buddy nurse for the whole week was off for that day (if ever you get to read this, Hello Sir Jan!) We then went to Frostea afterwards to start the second leg of our focused group discussions for our thesis. We interviewed a group of 16-19 year olds about their experiences on food fads. If ever you’re between the ages 16-19, live in Quezon City and indulge in food fads (Starbucks, Milktea, doughnuts, froyo, etc.) and would like to become part of our study, please don’t hesitate to send an e-mail to ajosecharlene@gmail.com. Compensations await you (free food!) and I promise it would be fun! :)

The heavens must have been watching behind my back because it started raining the moment I started typing this. I’ve always loved the rain. Don’t you? :)

Hello! I was cleaning up my hard drive yesterday and I stumbled upon this set of never been released photos! These were taken sometime last year (Wow parang ang tagal na ng 2012 noh! Haha!) back when I still had my super long hair! I don’t think there’s anything wrong in going back to the past from time to time, so long as you remember to never get stuck in it. Because sometimes, the best way to move forward is to look back.

As usual, school has kept me busy all week! I hope to get back to regular blogging soon. Thank you to those who still find the time to visit everyday! For the mean time, follow me on instagram (@charleneajose) I update it daily!

That’s all for now! Thank you so much for reading and have a good night! :)
