The Reckless and the Brave
The first thing I noticed when I opened Tumblr this morning was an icon of a sun with eight rays right next to the logo. It is linked to this post, which redirects people to an entry that provides information on how to donate to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda. Here’s a compilation of infographics from Rappler.com also. Be it food, water, manpower, money or prayers, every single thing you could give could save a life.

It is so easy to not take someone seriously specially when what you are seeing is the exact opposite of what they are saying. Such a contradiction also exists in the #ootd world, where little old me is trying to look all ‘Reckless and the Brave’ (this is what I wore to Caronia’s Music Festival) but failing so much because of my ultra festive background! It’s okay though because Christmas really is my favorite time of the year. Haha!
On a totally unrelated note, today was a really productive day for me! I woke up early and went to school to attend to my PRC cases and complete paperworks, had a very interesting lunch (plus a mini shoot!) and even squeezed in some time to pull out clothes! I was also supposed to meet up with my boy bestfriend today but due to some difficulties (time constraints and a massive headache on his part) we decided to re-sched, when though, I cannot tell. I’m pretty sure my calendar would be extra tight starting this week (ah, school!) but I’m not complaining. If this is what it takes to prepare us for the most important examination of our life, then I accept the challenge. Game face on!
