Hello everyone! After 75378510112709 years, finally, an outfit post! If you’ve been a reader of my blog for a long time already, you would have known how much of a newbie I am on the print on print trend. Most of my clothes are in solid colors, and when the occasional printed article comes crying out for attention, I usually just pair them with one of my plain ones. However, like what I said in this post, I am slowly trying to go out of my comfort zone and try new things. And I ended up with this. I was planning to go for an all out aztec outfit but I didn’t have enough aztec printed items so maybe I’ll just do that next time!
Anyway, on to the outfit. The aztec printed items above were given by Everything’s Mine. I’m having a collaboration with them soon (plus a giveaway!) so watch out for that. I then kept everything else simple because there’s so much going on already. I also made sure all the colors are within the same palette so as not to overwhelm the whole ensemble. Also, I just realized that this is my first outfit where everything I am wearing (except the rings and bangle which are from my shop, Paperdoll Shoppe) are all sponsored! Never in my life would I have imagined being given stuff because of my blog and for that I am very thankful. To all of my sponsors, (you can view the complete list here) Thank you very much! :)
Speaking of which, say hello to my very first international sponsor! I have recently been accepted in the blogger program of Oasap, and I got to choose one item from their shop. I chose these nude shoes because 1. You can pair them with absolutely anything, 2. I don’t have one yet 3. They give an illusion of longer legs and 4. They’re shoes! (Enough said) Ever since I started wearing shoes with heels 4 inches and up, going back to shoes with low heels always felt weird to me. However, when I wore these babies, the heel height didn’t matter at all. This is a pair totally made for walking. Now I can wear heels and not feel like a giant anymore! Haha. Visit Oasap now and find your sole-mate. They also sell pretty clothes, bags and accessories as well!
So, what do you think of my take on the print on print trend? Comments are always appreciated!
I hope you all had a nice day today. Thank you so much for reading! :)
